About the speakers:

• Stephanie von Behr is Managing Director and Co-Founder at Founderland. Founderland is the fastest growing community of women of colour founders in Europe. Stephanie focuses on operations, accelerator programs, comms, and the digital platform. She has been working with startups for over a decade, as a 3x founder, mentor, and brand consultant. She is a natural connector of people, catalyst of ideas, and champion of women. Born in New York, Stephanie earned a BA from NYU and a MFA from San Francisco Art Institute. She brings her artistic and creative background to everything she does. As an intersectional feminist, she is committed to creating a more equitable future for the next generation.
• Gesa Miczaika is one of the founders and general partners of the Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund, a venture capital firm co-investing into startups with at least one female founder in Europe. She is the Deputy President of the German Startups Association in honorary capacity. Beside that, Gesa founded the Evangelistas, a network of female business angels with more than 200 members in Germany, together with Bettine Schmitz and Fabiola Hochkirchen.
