For this session we will be getting a deeper glimpse into the engineering behind all the latest AI advancements, for this we are bringing together Steinunn Arnardottir and Selcan Ipek-Ugay to talk about the work they are doing within AI, their professional and personal journeys, and more!

Bringing their expertise and forward-thinking insights to the table, we will have:

🎤 Steinunn Arnardottir,VP of Engineering at SPREAD AI and currently working on a platform that revolutionises how complex mechatronic systems are built and understood. She is also the CTO & Co-Founder of Totoli, and former Senior Director of Engineering at Native Instruments.

🎤 Selcan Ipek-Ugay, Professor of Computer Science and Data Science at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology (BHT), brings a unique blend of academic expertise and industry experience. Having led software and business development at Vostura, and with a background in data science research at Charité, Selcan’s work seamlessly bridges AI-driven innovation in both academia and industry.

They will join a conversation with Nicole Büttner, CEO of Merantix Momentum, at the Women's AI Breakfast stage.
