About the speakers:

• Tom Braegelmann (Rechtsanwalt bei Annerton) has been with Annerton's Berlin and Munich offices since October 2022, bringing international expertise in insolvency and restructuring. Admitted to the bar in Germany and the USA, he previously worked in New York, specializing in bankruptcy and copyright law. Tom is well-versed in the latest technological legal developments, especially in the digitization of commercial and insolvency law.
• Viktor von Essen (Gründer & CEO bei Libra) is a serial entrepreneur at the intersection of AI and law. He has co-founded multiple startups focused on leveraging AI to transform legal processes and has been instrumental in developing AI solutions that streamline legal workflows. Viktor's unique blend of expertise in AI, law, and entrepreneurship positions him as a pioneer in the legal tech industry. He was also a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (Juve top 40 under 40 lawyer), among others.
